NEW DELHI, Sept 23: Prime Minister Narendra Modi today paid rich tribute to Rashtrakavi Ramdhari Singh Dinkar on his birth anniversary, recalling his powerful literary contributions and the patriotic fervour that continues to inspire generations.
In a message shared on social media platform X, PM Modi wrote: “On the birth anniversary of Rashtrakavi Ramdhari Singh Dinkar, I offer my countless salutations. His poems have instilled a profound sense of patriotism not only in Bihar but across the entire country.”
The Prime Minister said many of Dinkar’s verses remain deeply embedded in the hearts and minds of the people. “His timeless compositions, filled with courage and humanity, will continue to inspire every generation to remain dedicated to the service of Mother India,” Modi added.
Ramdhari Singh Dinkar, widely known as the “Rashtrakavi”, was a distinguished Hindi poet, essayist, and scholar. His works, known for their patriotic zeal and deep humanity, played an important role during India’s freedom struggle and continue to hold a special place in Hindi literature.
