Itanagar / Jammu, Sept 6: Pramod Jain, a retired senior IAS officer from the Jammu and Kashmir cadre, has been appointed as the Chairman of the Arunachal Pradesh Administrative Reforms Commission (ARC). The appointment is currently under active review at the Ministry of Home Affairs in New Delhi.
