Srinagar, Sep 4: Divisional Commissioner Kashmir, Anshul Garg, on Thursday urged people not to panic and to rely only on official advisories issued by the administration. “People need not worry, we must avoid rumours and follow the official instructions,” Div Com Garg told reporters in Srinagar.
