Jammu, Sept 16: Security forces today foiled an arms smuggling attempt along the International Border (IB) in Jammu’s R S Pura sector by recovering an AK assault rifle with a magazine, officials said.

The weapon was seized during a joint search operation launched by the Border Security Force (BSF) and Jammu and Kashmir Police in the Arnia area after receiving inputs about suspicious movement near the border, officials confirmed.
